Senior Network Analyst (Finance, Central area)Client DescriptionRegional corporate finance corporationJob DescriptionSupport the planning/design of and provide technical support for data communications network or group of networks in the organizationResearch and evaluation of network technology and recommending purchases of network equipmentSupport and maintain the overall network infrastructure throughout the organizationImplementation of new infrastructures, hardware refreshment to align with industry standardsApply the changes to the network in line with business requirementsNetwork design and implementation for regional coverageResponsible for building and maintaining the technical diagrams, documentation, and associated system processes and proceduresContribute to business continuity and business recovery exercises, taking part in regular business continuity testingCo-ordinate with external vendors on system inquiries and maintenanceNetwork monitoring and troubleshootingParticipating in all stages throughout the lifecycle of network equipmentCoordination and working across teams and vendors on project implementations and remediationProviding Level 2 & 3 supportPerform ad-hoc duties as requiredJob RequirementsBachelor’s Degree in Computer Information Systems or related disciplinesPreferred: CCNA or CCNP5-year hands-on enterprise level network support experience in a Banking, Finance, Accounting institution or any other regulated industry sectorExposure to or experience with application NG Firewall, routing, switching, cabling infrastructure, WAN, LAN, VPN, monitoring systemExposure to various authentication mechanisms not limited to TACAS, RADIUS, MFA, SSOAll-around understanding of technologies including network infrastructures, desktop technologies, server technologiesGood interpersonal and communication skillsGood team player and ability to work across IT teamsPositive 'can-do' attitude, proactive, independent, self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work with challenges and continually keeps up to date with new technologies and adapt to fast changesExperience in a Regional WAN landscape is an advantageFamiliarity with tools not limited to Wireshark, NMap, PuttyFamiliarity with Cisco equipment preferredGood command of English and Chinese (Putonghua is an advantage)
