Your role will include set up, ensuring hospitality, and making sure everyone enjoys their time while learning something new – which aligns with our company's focus on communication, culture and development. We are passionate about the power of connection and specialize in leadership development, change and culture projects, and executive coaching, partnering with organization’s HR, Marcom, and Transformation teams. Join our community and help out at our fun and engaging eventsWhat You'll Be Doing: Event Ambassador (Setup & Takedown): Help transform our event space into awesome learning environments, and then help us pack it all away when the magic is done. Greeter & Hospitality Guru: Welcome attendees with a smile, handle registration like a pro, and answer questions to ensure everyone feels comfortable and informed. Logistics & Tech Troubleshooter: Keep the refreshments flowing, assist with basic AV setup, and ensure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. What You Bring to the Table: Stellar communication and interpersonal skills – you thrive on connecting with people and being part of a community. You can think on your feet, tackle unexpected challenges, and find creative solutions. You are experienced in events and social media (major plus).
