and career growth opportunities.What You'll Do:Develop and execute a

comprehensive test strategy

and plan for the cloud migration project.Lead and manage

offshore test analysts and coordinators, ensuring smooth testing activities.Define business test deliverables, create the

test delivery plan , and assess the potential for

test automation .Implement

testing standards

to ensure high-quality deliverables from the solution provider.Oversee the

identification, prioritization, and resolution

of testing issues and defects.Communicate testing progress, risks, and resolutions to key stakeholders and senior management.Work closely with business users to support

UAT and validation

processes.Ensure rigorous

entry/exit criteria

for all test phases and obtain sign-off before Go-Live.Manage defect tracking and incident reporting with a

structured and data-driven approach .Monitor and report on the daily execution status and progress of each test phase.What You Bring:Proven experience in managing testing activities

for Cloud Migration projects.Strong

leadership and team management skills

to guide and motivate the testing team.Hands-on experience with

Azure Cloud

and test management methodologies.Expertise in

revamping and transitioning

data management systems.In-depth knowledge of

testing methodologies, tools, and best practices .Strong

problem-solving and analytical skills

to address challenges during migration.Excellent communication and stakeholder management

skills.Experience with

Azure Services

(Logic Apps, Azure Data Factory, Databricks) is a plus.Certifications such as

ISTQB, CSTE, Scrum Master, or Oracle
