About the job:

Conduct research, data collection and analysis on the needs and issues of the client through interviews andworkshops to translate their requirements into well-formulated solutionsPresent findings and recommendations to the client using business proposals and presentation decksDocument the project into systems and processes for management reviewClose interaction with clients through regular project updates and networkingMore experienced candidates will have these additional responsibilities:

Independently drive the success of a work stream by directing activities, ensuring high quality deliverables andtimely submissionManage a team of consultants by defining meaningful work packages, managing activities, and through mentorshipConduct interviews and workshops with clients to translate their requirements into well formulated solutionsParticipate in business development activities including topic development, proposal preparation, salespresentations, and contract negotiationAbout you:

Degree holder3-6 years of experience in the banking, technology and/or consulting industryGood understanding of core business processes and products in the private banking industryCapable of applying technology principles to businessExcellent spoken and written English; fluency in Cantonese and/or Mandarin will be an advantageHighly analytical and structured in problem solving; able to quickly understand complex situationsExcellent presentation and communication skills with clients and colleaguesPossess an entrepreneurial spirit and team leadership skillsWhy us:
