Assistant Quantity Surveyor

Role description:

• Preparation of pre-contract cost estimates and project cash-flow
• Preparation of tender documentation
• Tendering process and tender evaluation
• Post-contract administration and management â contract documentation, valuation of progress payment, variation assessment, and cost control report
• Finalization of project final accounts
• Available Roles at HK Office: 
  • Site Surveyor at Airport Area
  • Assistant Quantity Surveyor to Senior Quantity Surveyor for Project Teams of Public & Private Sectors at Kwun Tong Head Office

Qualifications & Experience:

• Degree in Quantity Surveying
• Candidates with 0 to 5 years of working experience in QS are preferred
• With technical knowledge â Measurement, cost estimating, construction technology, contracts and law
• Candidates with pre-contract experience and consultancy background will have advantage
• Understand and familiar with professional practice and contract administration processes
• Able to work as a team player
• Candidate with HKIS or RICS qualification will be consider for Assistant Team Leader or above
• Ability to communicate clearly both spoken and written English
• Ability to communicate clearly spoken Cantonese and written Chinese
• Welcome IANG Visa / Support Work Visa
• Welcome Fresh Graduate
