 Job Description: 

- Maintain and support daily accounting operations and transactions. 

- Handle accounts receivable and payable. 

- Handle account reconciliation and filing system. 

- Handle banking matters. 

- Handle payroll calculation and entries. 

- Assist in month end closing.  

- Assist in preparing accounting documents and reports.  

- Assist in annual audit and year-end inventory stock taking. 

- Assist in the group's monthly reporting and annual audit. 

- Liaise with international offices and assist the group's accounting work. 

- Perform administrative tasks. 

- Handle ad-hoc projects. 

Requirements:  

- Post-secondary (Diploma/Certificate) 

- Accounting knowledge. 

- 2 years’ experience required. 

- Knowledge of Kingdee software required.  

- Fluent English. 

- Putonghua preferred. 

- Competent MS Office user
