Our client is a reputable and top tier luxury fashion brand covering womenswear, menswear, leathergoods, accessories and jewelry. They are currently looking for a seasoned Department Manager to join and lead their womenswear department.about the team.Reporting to the Store Director, you will be managing a sizable team within the womenswear department. You are expected to lead and motivate the team to reach commercial targets. You will be responsible for building client relationships and proactively drive best in class clients experience. You should have luxury ready to wear experience (womenswear or menswear).

about the job.

  • Ensure team members deliver the best in class customer service and support them with consistent mentoring, identifying their development and training needs, partner with L&D to tailor individual action plans
  • Drive sales within category and across the store
  • Support the team in building long term client relationship, using all clientelling tools
  • Establish client-centric mentality in store to ensure the highest level of client experience
  • Be the role model demonstrating sales and clientelling leadership to the team, supporting them with their own sales, encouraging cross selling and client retention
  • Support Store Director in staff planning ensuring the best match to traffic and with the objective to improve sales and provide outstanding client experience skills & experiences required.
    • 8+ years of retail sales experience with 4+ years supervisory experience within the luxury fashion sector
    • Proficient in English, Cantonese and Mandarin is required
    • RTW experience required
    • Strong drive for results, goals oriented, self motivating
    • Ability to work in a collaborative team environment
