  • Responsibilities
    Perform daily support and maintenance to the application systems
    • Provide first-level help desk support services to internal users and provide technical solutions to end users
    • Provide system support on Google workspace, website and mobile application management
    • Provide network support on firewalls, switches, Wi-Fi system and VPN connection
    • Any ad-hoc tasks assigned by supervisors

Requirements

  • Higher Diploma or above in Computer Science or related field
  • Minimum 1 year or above of relevant IT help desk
  • Experience in administration of IP Phone / Firewall / Ethernet switch / Network cabling / TCP IP is an advantage
  • Experience on Mac OS,iOS, Windows OS, Android installation and configuration
  • Good command of written and spoken English
  • Fresh graduate also be considered
  • Welcome non-local candidate
