Responsibilities:
- Reviews and analyses the monthly profit and loss statements to control expenses and ensure the annual budget is achieved
- Maintains service standards through adherence to The Peninsula Standards, directing and supervising daily operations, overseeing the standards of items delivered to guests and maintaining interior decorations and materials
- Plans, organises and directs team members to ensure the highest degree of guest satisfaction
- Manages the average check and promotes food and beverage sales
- Understands internal and external customers, suppliers and competitors and identifies areas for improvement
Requirements:
- Five years’ work experience in a food and beverage operation, with two years’ experience in a senior supervisory position
- Proficient in verbal and written English, knowledge of Cantonese desirable
- Good knowledge in using Microsoft Office applications, POS and Table Management systems
