Responsibilities:

  • Assist doctors in consultation/ health assessment process
  • Assist the nursing manager to ensure the smooth daily operations
  • Handle telephone enquiries and medical appointments
  • Handle patient registration and follow-up on patients’ reports or Hospital admissions
  • Assist in any ad-hoc assignments

Requirements:

  • S6 / DSE or above
  • Minimum 1 years' relevant experience in customer service (Medical / Healthcare industry is preferred but not must)
  • Customer-first service attitude, positive and strong communication skills
  • Blood taking skill is a must
  • IV cannulation skill is highly preferred
  • Good command of written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin
