  • Offer comprehensive support, both functionally and technically to Asset product systems.
  • Monitor and maintain the optimal performance of systems utilized by the desks.
  • Collaborate closely with business users to understand and address their specific needs.
  • Foster collaboration with other support teams to ensure seamless integration of systems.
  • Effectively configure user accounts and make necessary adjustments to user settings.
  • Develop and maintain thorough documentation related to application support.
  • Actively participate in technical meetings to stay up-to-date with system enhancements.
  • Engage in agile meetings, including daily stand-ups and retrospectives.
  • Contribute to non-regression campaigns to ensure system stability.
  • Proactively identify and communicate potential risks associated with feature development, such as cost, timeline, and resource implications.
  • Handle incidents and urgent requests promptly and efficiently to minimize disruptions and resolution timeframes.

    skills & experiences required.

    • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
    • Proven experience in application support, technical troubleshooting, and user assistance.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve issues efficiently.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with business users and support teams.
    • Familiarity with financial systems and trading platforms is an advantage
    • Knowledge of SQL, scripting languages, and database concepts.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
    • Experience with agile methodologies and working in cross-functional teams.
