My client is an international insurance firm who is looking for an IT Manager with an insurance background specializing in system implementation and vendor management to join their IT team.

about the job.

• Design, develop, and implement the internal application
• Work closely with business holders and users to understand the business requirements
• Set up procedures and manage 3rd party vendor' performance in building continuous delivery based software release pipelines with best practice
• Ensure the solution is in accordance with the IT strategy and architecture roadmap
• Perform ad-hoc tasks as required

  
  skills & experiences required.

  • Bachelor Degree or above in Computer Science or related discipline
  • 10 years' experience in enterprise system design & development, with insurance firm background
  • Hands on experience in application architecture, vendor management, and project management
  • Experience in React.Js, and Java is highly preferred
  • In-depth knowledge of SDLC and CI/CD tools such as Git and Jenkins etc.
  • Good interpersonal and problem-solving skill
  • Good command in both spoken and written both Chinese and English
