 Responsibilities: 

- Design and produce graphics for a variety of mediums including print, digital, and social media 

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create marketing materials that align with the brand's strategy 

- Create and maintain brand guidelines and ensure consistency across all materials 

- Stay up-to-date with design trends and best practices 

- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines 

Requirements: 

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field 

- 3 years of professional experience in graphic design 

- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) 

- Strong design skills and attention to detail 

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills 

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously 

Preferred qualifications: 

- Experience with motion graphics and video editing 

- Understanding of UX/UI design principles 

- Experience with HTML/CSS and web design
