Applications are invited for appointment as Lecturer/Assistant Professor /Associate Professor in Chinese Language and Literature (focusing on Dunhuang Studies and/or Digital Humanities), to commence on September 1, 2024. 

Applicants should: (a) possess a doctorate in Chinese language, literature, or related disciplines; (b) preferably have expertise in the studies of Dunhuang Literature and/or Digital Humanities. Experience in applying digital technology to teaching and research is desirable; (c) be capable of designing and delivering at least two of the following courses: (1) Dunhuang Literature Studies; (2) Digital humanities and research method; (3) First Year Chinese; and/or other related courses; (d) have relevant teaching experience in tertiary education matching the requirement of the applied ranking (except for applications of Lecturer): at least one year of teaching experience as Lecturer and/or Assistant Professor for Assistant Professor; five years teaching experience as Assistant Professor for Associate Professor; (e) have a good record of publications.
