My client is a well-known business in Hong Kong and they are seeking an IT Manager with a strong focus on overseeing the enterprise application projects.

• Act as one of the thought leaders in the enterprise solution team to design, develop, and implement the application or digital transformation projects; as well as ensure efficient operations and successful delivery
• Manage the performance of the 3rd party vendors to ensure the project delivery can meet the business expectation
• Oversee the implementation, maintenance of enterprise applications, ensuring adherence to best practices and industry standards
• Utilize knowledge and skills across web application development areas to provide technical oversight
• Plan and develop the annual budget, timeline, and manpower
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather the business requirements, serve as a subject matter expert, and suggest workable solutions for the business needs
• Support and ensure successful migration from legacy systems to newly developed platforms
• Advise and suggest new solutions to the business based on the market trend

  skills & experiences required.

  • Bachelor's Degree or above in Computer Science, Business administration, or related discipline
  • 8-10 years of experience in the IT field, with prior experience in development manager/project manager roles, particularly in managing enterprise-level projects
  • With a proven track record of successful design, development, and implementation, as well as overseeing the operation of enterprise software such as ERP, CRM, web applications, cloud and business intelligence solutions etc.
  • Knowledge of SDLC with a track record and exposure to large-scale projects
  • Familiarity with compliance standards and regulations relevant to enterprise applications (e.g., data privacy, security)
  • Prior experience in Abobe Analytics or Google Analytics would be advantageous
  • Strong experience in project management and vendor management
  • Good interpersonal, presentation, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in spoken Cantonese and English is a must
