About the Role

Deliver quality service, effective output in performance, strategic actuarial initiatives, and unfold team capacity in order to be Next Gen Finance+

Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Perform periodic monitoring on the claim experience
  • Conduct annual experience study and assumption proposal for various reporting needs
  • Participate in various actuarial projects
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth project delivery
  • Derives insights and foresights across the actuarial value chain from advanced data analytic
  • Ensure compliance to appropriate corporate governance, controls and documentation policies/procedures.
  • Leverages next generation technology and digital solutions to improve actuarial workflows and processes to enhance efficiency to accelerate strategic objectives
  • Performs other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by supervisor in order to meet operational and/or other requirements
  • Provide support and supervise work of junior team members


Minimum Job Requirements:
  • University / College graduate plus at least 6 years of relevant experience
  • Attained Fellowship in Actuarial professional examination
  • Managerial experience is an advantage
  • Good project management, communication and people leadership skill
  • Knowledge in financial reporting basis will be an advantage
  • Proficiency in MS Office (e.g. VBA)
  • You are required to obtain relevant licence if your job involves in regulated activities".
