Job Highlights

Job Description
- Provide all-around administrative support
- Manage student admission process
- Maintain good relationships with customers, including handling enquiries from parents and walk-ins
- Manage the class schedule of teachers and students
- Organize and prepare agenda and minutes for internal meetings

Qualifications
- Associate Degree or above
- Customer service experience required
- Good computer skills. Knowledge of MAC system
- Strong communication skills in the professional manner
- Organized, responsible, open mindset and a good team player

Salary
Hourly rate (subject to qualifications and experience)

Part-time Working Day
3-4 days per week. Minimum 5 hours per day, including weekends.
