Procurement Executive

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive support including invoice processing & enquiry handling, to maintain the accuracy of data in the procurement system, organize purchasing documents, inventory control and record data in system, etc.
• Gather and analyse internal spend and supplier performance data
• Invoice checking, verification and organize quotation
• Collect and update supplier information such as quotation, product types, contracts and etc.
• Be responsible for cost analysis and report preparation
• Participate ad-hoc projects or assignments as instructed by the superiors

Requirements:

• Diploma or above qualification or equivalent experience in business administration or a related discipline
• At least 2 years of work experience in food service industry or related fields
• Have solid experience in procurement / purchasing is an advantage
• Basic knowledge in meat sourcing and knowledge
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Work independently, well-organized, able to work under pressure and multi-tasks
• Fresh graduate will also be considered
• Immediate available is preferred
