Position
Develop and implement marketing strategy for Travel Retail according to brand's guidelines. Create and propose all necessary tools to markets to maximize their visibility and meet their business objectives.
Launch Strategy Development and Execution
Drive new launches and push growth on pillar products, to contribute to the total brand strategy and objectives. Identify the new launch potential and key initiatives for the region. Lead and manage brand building strategies (360°/Digital/Retail) to build and develop integrated, engaging consumer brand experiences and events. Drive product awareness and recruitment. Work with cross functional teams (Digital, Sales, VM, Logistic, Education, etc.) and partner agencies to build broader business strategy and ensure product marketing consistency to have a more omni channel approach. Develop collaborative relationship with local affiliates to synergize marketing activities and ad hoc trade plan to drive campaign and product launches. Explore ad hoc retail activations to maximise exposure and elevate the brand image with key retailers. Manage local production for some POSM and creative materials. Monitor sales, performance and activities, conduct analysis and reviews and propose actions to expand and increase brand desirability. Manage novelties product and samples forecasting planning and accuracy. Track and monitor marketing spending and budget throughout the year for each campaign planning.Consumer Marketing Strategy and Execution
Lead and manage the consumer marketing executions to ensure a high standard of execution. Propose and execute retailer strategy meeting to drive retailtainment, consumer experience, and brand endorsement. Analyze market and consumer data and make recommendations to management. Track competitor activities to provide ideas and solutions to fight against competition inclusive of (new product launches, animation, pricing and savings etc) Lead, Manage and organize Annual Marketing Events/conference to cascade the marketing planning/priorities and key initiatives.Business Analytics and Reporting
Provide regular and updated reports on all the marketing activities. Manage marketing spending to drive profitability and optimize the resources. Assist Marketing Manager with marketing presentations.Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or above. Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience and prior experience in cosmetics/beauty/retail industry will have an advantage. Strong ability to think out of the box and take initiatives. Strong analytical skills and able to pay attention to details. Commit to and take ownership of obligations and achievements of outcomes. Creative, self-motivated, capable of multi-tasking, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. Good communication and interpersonal skills and enthusiastic team player. Proficiency in English and Mandarin. Able to travel when required.Education Requirements: bachelor degree
