Policy Administration Officer

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Assist senior to ensure an efficient and effective policy administration operation
  2. Perform daily policy administration duties and Department support duties
  3. Assist in system enhancement project and ad hoc projects as assigned
  4. Assist manager to perform UAT
  5. Verify data from various systems to ensure data accuracy due to system migration
  6. Provide clerical & operational support to team
  7. Perform quality control and ensure it comply with compliance policy and codes of conduct 
  8. Assist in projects & company initiatives
  9. Perform daily policy alterations, premium administration processing and policy alteration requests

 

Job Requirements:

  1. Bachelor Degrees with 3 years related experience
  2. Good knowledge of Life business
  3. Good interpersonal skills & customer centric
  4. Good interpersonal and people management skills
  5. Sound problem solving skill
  6. Self-motivated, independent and able to work under pressure
  7. Able to lead and drive change with impact
