Responsibilities:
- Support the Sales team with general office administration and clerical work, including data entry, record filing etc
- Handle sales operation tasks, e.g. quotations, samples and order processing
- Communicate with suppliers and customers on order requirements
- Follow up orders, coordinate and work closely with logistic parties and customers
- Handle other ad hoc assignments as required
- Requirements:
- F5 or above
- At least 1-2 years relevant experience in food industry will be an advantage
- Independent, self-motivated, hardworking and reliable
- Good communication skills and able to work under pressure
- Proficiency in MS Office including Chinese word processing
- Fresh graduate will also be considered
- Immediate available is highly preferred
