Reservations Supervisor

Job Description

• Assist Assistant Reservations Manager in supervising the Reservations Agents to ensure optimum occupancy and average room rate
  for the purpose of maximizing revenue. 
• Upsell rooms, transportation services and other facilities wheneveropportunities arise by giving clear guidance to Reservations Agents on
  upselling on daily basis 
• Study and reply all incoming correspondence concerning reservation

Job Requirements 

• Diploma in Hospitality Management or related disciplines. 
• Minimum 2 years related experience in similar role 
• Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin. 
• Detailed-oriented and customer-focused with strong organizational and supervisory skills
