It is looking for new qualify profiles who want to face demanding and challenging career path with the following requirements:

Scope and Purpose

• Manage a broad range of HR operations and liaise with external vendors for monthly payroll preparation, pension administration, medical insurance renewal, tax filing and annual audit; • Assist to prepare HR budget, liaise with Head Office for C&B matters especially for expatriates staff; • Coordinate with APAC branches for global projects launched by Head Office • Act as key contact points for global mobility-related issues; handle the arrival and repatriation process for expatriate employees, including working visa application preparation and accommodation arrangement • Support the performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations and feedback mechanisms • Participate in the development and implementation of Bank policies and procedures to support the strategic direction of the Group • Manage staff on-boarding and off-boarding logistics, including background screening, documentation, orientation and liaise with IT and Admin department to ensure the smooth-running of staff onboarding and departure process. • Work with Compliance Department on staff licensing issues • Proper maintenance of staff records, including regular review of staff leave records, personal information and remuneration details • Analyze current HR processes to identify areas for improvement and implement innovative solutions that streamline operations and enhance overall efficiency • Support business travel arrangements when necessary • Support strategic projects and tasks as assigned by Head of HR 

 

Required Experience

 

• 6+ years of HR experience with solid experience as generalist in financial institutions (suitable candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Manager) 

Competencies Required

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related disciplines • Well versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance, MPF Schemes Ordinance and other Hong Kong Regulatory Compliance. • Proficient in HRIS and PC Applications including Excel, Word and PowerPoint • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese • Excellent in taking initiatives; • Ability to work consistently and independently; • Self-motivated, good analytical thinking and numeric sense • Knowledge of HR Systems and databases • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
