Job Description

  • To help in the preparation of medical reports
  • Organizes patient medical records Files
  • Performing clerical, clinical administrative duties support as instructed
  • To assist the department to liaise effectively among various department
  • To act as a coordinator and liaise among Doctors and external parties
  • Manage and assist in all ad hoc assignments as assigned

    Requirements:
  • Healthcare/Science background, with knowledge of basic human anatomy is a plus
  • Able to work under pressure
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills and organised
  • Familiar with healthcare products & assessments
  • Reading and speaking in Cantonese and English
  • Immediate available is highly preferred
  • More experienced will be considered as Executive Officer
