工作職責 :

  • 烹調菜式；
  • 預備食材；
  • 採購食材，監控食材庫存；
  • 編訂餐單和設計菜式；
  • 監控食物品質及環境衛生；
  • 安排人手調配及培訓員工；
  • 管理廚房之運作；
  • 在上什及二廚督導下協助其他廚務；
  • 督導四廚或以下廚師。

最低入職要求：

  • 中三程度，3年相關工作經驗；
  • 有廚房炒鑊相關工作經驗優先；
  • 面試時不需要接受技能測試。

語文要求：

  • 一般「粵語會話」優先；一般「中文讀寫」優先

工資(不包括超時工資)：每月$18,768元
